Every year on Summer Solstice Santa Barbara has a family friendly "wacky" parade. The rules include: no nudity, all floats must be hand pushed/pedalled, and no alcohol. Even though each year has a different theme, locals will tell you the parade is always the same regardless of the theme. But, it's still a fun day to go out and people watch.
